Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website ai-in-life.com and all content provided through it (the “Service”) by CULTURETEK PTE. LTD. (the “Provider”). By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Subject of the service

The Service is a free editorial/journalistic news offering about artificial intelligence, produced partly with AI systems. There is no entitlement to constant availability, specific content, or daily publication.

3. No warranty / no advice

The content serves general information only. Despite careful research and editorial review, the Provider gives no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The content does not constitute and does not replace legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

4. Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and, under applicable law, for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited – to the extent legally permissible – to typical, foreseeable damage. No liability is assumed for the content of external linked websites.

5. Rights of use

All content (texts, images, video, audio, design, trademarks) is protected by copyright and related rights. Private, non-commercial use within ordinary browser functionality is permitted. Any further reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification – in particular for commercial purposes or for training AI models – requires the Provider's prior written consent, unless expressly permitted by law.

6. User obligations

Users undertake not to misuse the Service, in particular not to take measures that impair its availability or security.

7. Changes

The Provider may adapt content and these terms with effect for the future. The version published on the website at the time applies.

8. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Singapore applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the user is habitually resident remain unaffected.
